Welcome to my personal training plans! I'm dedicated to creating an engaging, supportive, and fun environment that motivates and inspires.

I combine personalized fitness training with intuitive coaching to help clients build strength, confidence, and clarity—both in their bodies and in their lives.

My training sessions are designed to keep you strong, functional, and engaged! Workouts include a mix of kettlebell and dumbbell exercises, bodyweight movements, barbell training, and more. Every session is tailored to your fitness level and goals, ensuring a challenging and effective experience. 

Each session is 50 minutes in length. 

1:1 STRENGTH TRAINING - 2 SESSIONS PER WEEK

$480 plus tax

With two focused 1:1 sessions per week, I guide you through personalized workouts while incorporating intuitive coaching to support your physical and emotional growth. Together, we’ll build strength, confidence, and clarity—helping you move through life with purpose and power.

1:1 STRENGTH TRAINING - 3 SESSIONS PER WEEK

$720 plus tax

With three personalized 1:1 sessions each week, I provide a deeper, consistent approach to building strength, resilience, and confidence. We’ll work on your body and mindset simultaneously, helping you achieve lasting transformation both in and out of the gym.

2:1 STRENGTH TRAINING - 2 SESSIONS PER WEEK

$320 plus tax per person

Train with a friend or partner in my 2:1 sessions, twice a week. Together, we’ll build strength, confidence, and connection—supporting each other’s growth physically, mentally, and emotionally.

2:1 STRENGTH TRAINING- 3 SESSIONS PER WEEK 

$480 plus tax per person

Our 2:1 sessions, three times per week, offer a dynamic way to train with a friend or partner while receiving personalized guidance. You’ll build strength, confidence, and connection—transforming your body and mindset together.
