For over 16 years, I’ve been part of Kingston’s community, helping women build strength, confidence, and resilience—both physically and emotionally.
My approach blends functional training with intuitive coaching to create meaningful, lasting transformation. It’s not just about movement; it’s about tuning into your body’s wisdom, aligning your energy, and uncovering the mindset that supports real change.
